Soup Stock Tokyo

"I was near Tokyo Station for an appointment and needed a quick bite. This Soup/Curry chain was perfect! While they label their dishes as vegetarian, I checked their official ingredient list and found they are actually fully vegan. Since it was just past 11 AM, quiet atmosphere, and I had been walking all morning, the warm soup and curry were exactly the comfort food I needed!

J'avais rendez-vous à la gare de Tokyo et je cherchais où manger juste avant. Cette chaîne de soupes/currys est tombée à pic ! Tout est vegan en vérifiant la liste officielle des ingrédients (https://s3-ap-northeast-1.amazonaws.com/sst-web-master/uploads/vege-en.pdf ), mais c'est marketé comme végétarien. Il était un peu plus de 11h ambiance agréable et calme, j'avais fait une longue marche juste avant et cette pause repas avec ce curry et cette soupe chaude a été très réconfortante !
